The agile leader is present, aware of his role and his emotions, he is connected and is aware of the environment, changes. He uses technology for the benefits of his company and put in place necessary learning processes to have the most out of it. Leaders need to adapt but at the same time to be proactive, to create the future and use all the opportunities.
Easier said then done, it means leaders need to be in constant change and therefore constant learning, learning from failure, learning from others, be connected in networks and groups. The workforce have to learn as a whole, the learning organisation. Learning takes place on three levels, individual learning, team learning and organisations development. In a systematic way, share and seek knowledge and ideas.
